FAQ

  1. How long are shipping times?

Your product(s) will ship within three (3) days of your order, and then take up to seven (7) days to reach your doorstep.  

  1. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? We emphasize the importance of great customer service. Just tell us what went wrong, along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. No questions asked.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

If you do not receive your package within seven (7) days, after you receive your tracking notification, then you can absolutely cancel your order. If you do cancel and your item arrives later than expected, then please, go ahead and enjoy it.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

       6. How are the products made?

All products are handcrafted. No fancy machines, just my hands, a double boiler and molds. Everything has been thoroughly sanitized before use. Gloves are used with every product made, and changed out between products. 

         7. Do I need to be concerned with an allergic reaction?

Many products are made with a nut oil. If you have a nut allergy, please keep this in mind when ordering. 

          8. Is there anything I need to be concerned with when using your bath bombs?

Please use caution when stepping in and out of your tub. All bath bombs are made with oils, which can cause a slippery situation. DayzaMaries is not liable for any accidents that may occur.

           9. What days do you ship?

Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
